Co-Living Spaces for Adults
It’s no secret that Millennials are used to living in close quarters. Many of today’s renters are fresh off a college campus with limited funds and hefty student loans. Having roommates is normally an ideal living situation for many of these renters. A building on the West side of London is taking this idea to new heights by offering “co-living” spaces in a 550 unit property. This dorm-like concept will consist of individual bedrooms with a package of shared amenities, such as: a full time concierge, linen services, and twice monthly room cleaning. The furnished units are super cheap, but still cater to young folks by charging less than the city wide average rent of $2100 per month.
